These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of expertlawmarketing.com and the services provided by Expert Law Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide digital marketing services for law firms, including link building, search engine optimization, local SEO, answer and generative engine optimization, paid advertising management, and website design. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in the package or proposal you select at the time of engagement.

No Guarantee of Results

Search engine and AI platform rankings, placements, and recommendations are determined by third parties outside our control. While we apply industry best practices and report transparently on all work performed, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, AI citations, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your firm, practice areas, and target markets;
• Ensure your own website content and advertising comply with the attorney advertising rules of your jurisdiction;
• Provide timely access, approvals, and feedback necessary for service delivery.

Market Exclusivity

Where a package includes market exclusivity, exclusivity applies to the specific city and practice area combination confirmed in writing at onboarding, and remains in effect only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Billing & Cancellation

Packages are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees for work already performed or in progress are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your firm (content, landing pages, reports). We retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, templates, and publishing relationships.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for actions taken by search engines, AI platforms, or advertising networks.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with notice effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment or material breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
